Plans and subscription
The platform is offered on Starter, Growth and Scale plans. Monthly and yearly billing are supported.
Payment channels
Payments are accepted via Payme, Click and Stripe. Automatic checkout opens once the payment system is connected.
Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Payment for the current period is not refunded.
Refund policy
In case of technical failure or platform downtime, a review request is accepted within 7 days.
Price changes
Plan prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Quotas and limits
Each plan has limits on tours, storage and users. Exceeding a limit requires a plan upgrade.
